SpeakUp! ASTRA’s digitalised complaints and appeals system

It is the policy of ASTRA that all complaints and appeals will be addressed and an extensive effort will be made to resolve them. As a subsidiary of Otto International, itself a member of the Otto Group, we have adopted the Group’s BKMS whistleblower portal as our standard reporting framework. The BKMS portal gives employees, suppliers, service providers and observant citizens the possibility to report compliance infringements that are taking place anywhere in the Otto Group.

Should you have a complaint please click here and file a report through the BKMS system and include as much relevant detail as possible.

In the case of an appeal, state the grounds for disagreement within 30 days of the decision notification.
